Grades 2-9   |   2 Hours   |   Thursdays @ 4:45pm - 6:45pm

We are excited to present our spring production which will rehearse in our studio and be performed at Stage West Theater at the Lake Worth campus of Palm Beach State College. The Knight is Young is an original one-act play that takes the audience on a comedic romp with the Knights of the Round Table in their quest to be seated at the head of the matter how hard King Arthur tries to explain that there isn't one! With Spamalot back on Broadway, this is the perfect time to introduce kids to the wonderfully entertaining tales of King Arthur, Merlyn, Lancelot, and the Lady of the Lake.

Auditions will be held on Thursday, January 25th at 4:45pm. All parts are open to all genders in grades 2 through 9. The performance will take place Saturday, May 4th at 5pm. Actors should be fluent readers, but do not need to have anything prepared for the audition. Beginners welcome! If your child is cast, tuition will cover the rehearsal period, costumes, show tee shirt, and four free tickets to the show. Please register your aspiring actor below prior to auditions. An invoice will only be issued if he or she is cast. All participants are expected to attend all scheduled rehearsals. More than one no call/no show will result in your actor being moved to an understudy role.

$400 for Twelve-Week Session    |    January 25 - May 4 (Add'l tech rehearsal 5/3)

Book of Records is an original one-act play that follows the story of a kid who is trying to achieve fame and glory by finding a World Record they can beat...but who finds out that the friends made along the way may be the true reward.

Two Weeks in the Woods is an original play that takes Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and reimagines it in a sleepaway camp.

Aesop's Tables is an original play that takes Aesop's famous stories and turns them upside down – in a pizza parlor! This show has everything...a suspicious villain, a charming heroine, and one very foxy Fox.
